Welcome to Bananas Comedy Clubs

Bananas opened its first Club in Poughkeepsie, New York in 1986. What began as a one-show-a-week lark soon mushroomed into four and then five sold-out shows a weekend.

The Club brought in a diversity of headliners, ranging from Sinbad and Bobcat Goldthwait to Jamie Foxx and Jackie Mason.

Based on that success, Bananas began its second venture two years later in suburban Bergen County, New Jersey only twelve minutes from New York City.

Attracting customers from all over the metropolitan area, the club continued to present the hottest names in comedy, from Jerry Seinfeld and Chris Rock, to Tim Allen, Paul Reiser, and Rita Rudner.

In 1997, Bananas again expanded, opening our third Club, this time in Westchester at Elmsford, New York.

Be adventurous and see how exciting live comedy can be! Nothing compares to the spontaneity and electricity generated by seeing standup comedy in person. You never know which up and comer that you see at Bananas will become the next Jerry Seinfeld.

Current superstars such as John Pinette, Jeff Dunham, Jim Breuer, Brian Regan, and Caroline Rhea join comedy legends like Pat Cooper and Robert Klein in continuing to captivate and wow the crowds at these three comedy hotspots.

BANANAS - THE BEST IN LIVE COMEDY!!!!
